Around the world, only a few railway lines can reach 350 km/h. To run at this speed safely and steadily requires a complete and advanced technology system, which has been studied and applied across Europe and continuously developed by the European Railway Consortium (ERC) and top engineers worldwide.

Role of Mr. Jurgen Czilinsky – Vice Chairman in charge of Technology.
Mr. Jurgen Czilinsky is the key technology expert, responsible for ensuring the project is technically feasible, completely safe, and meets modern and sustainable standards.

His role shows Discovery Group’s commitment to applying the highest international standards of management and technology to the 1,541 km railway project.
He leads long-term planning and the selection of advanced high-speed rail technologies.
Global Management and Technology Expert:
He ensures the project follows international standards in governance, engineering, and safety, while improving efficiency and reducing risks.

With 35 years of experience in management and technology at major global companies, Mr. Jugen Czilinsky has a strong foundation to oversee the complex parts of the project.
